SENIOR RELEASE MANAGER (M/F/D)

<p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead the evolution of our Enterprise Release Management process</strong>, establishing standardized governance, release calendars and best practices across all Enterprise Systems.</li><li><strong>Coordinate complex cross-functional releases</strong>, bringing together Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project &amp; Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and predictable deployments.</li><li><strong>Drive release readiness</strong> by facilitating Go/No-Go decisions, managing dependencies, risks, approvals and implementation planning while ensuring stakeholders have complete transparency.</li><li><strong>Build strong release governance</strong> by introducing practical standards, templates and documentation in&#xa0;<strong>Jira</strong> and&#xa0;<strong>Confluence</strong>, continuously improving release maturity across the organization.</li><li><strong>Champion continuous improvement</strong> by identifying opportunities to increase release reliability, standardization and coordination while supporting future automation and modern release practices.</li></ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You bring&#xa0;<strong>7+ years of experience</strong> in&#xa0;<strong>Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management</strong> within complex Enterprise Systems environments.</li><li>You have experience coordinating releases across&#xa0;<strong>ERP platforms</strong> (such as&#xa0;<strong>D365 F&amp;O, AX, SAP</strong> or similar) and understand how to manage cross-system dependencies without owning the technical deployment.</li><li>You are comfortable working with&#xa0;<strong>Jira, Confluence</strong> and structured release governance, and you know how to align business and technology stakeholders around common release objectives.</li><li>You enjoy creating structure, challenging existing ways of working and building collaborative relationships that help teams deliver successful production releases.</li></ul> <p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li>Welcome days: We want you to feel at home with us from the very first day.
