The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) serves as a key member of a sales team that is tasked with acquiring, managing, and growing ePlus customer relationships and maximizing margin dollars. As an IGXGlobal ISR, you must work proactively to provide hardware, software, and services solutions to ePlus customers with a focus on maximizing both profit and customer experience. You will foster and cultivate client relationships in order to maximize customer satisfaction and account longevity. From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more. <hr> Your Impact <hr> Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service sales, using all available resources to satisfy customer requirements, while maintaining the most advantageous profit margin</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with project opportunities as well as support Run Rate Business including quoting, ordering, open order management, and post-order support</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with engineering for BOM design and validation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with deal registration and negotiation of pricing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Uplift all sales opportunities with warranties, service offerings, accessories and supplies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with CRM entries, including opportunities, engineering requests and contract requests</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Accurately execute and manage customer orders, ensuring successful delivery within customer expectations</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Utilize customer portals for all customer-required activities such as management of proposal requests, PO receipt confirmations and shipping information management</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Take a proactive approach to problem resolution at the customer and supplier levels</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Engage customers, vendors and manufacturer partners to develop and grow relationships</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Seek opportunities to expand the ePlus footprint within each account</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide customer and sales reporting as required or requested</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the key products and services</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be accountable to key ePlus constituents, our vendors and partners</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stay current on the programs, promotions and campaigns from our major vendor suppliers in order to sell products and services at the best possible margin to ePlus</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct yourself at all times in a professional and considerate manner, with appropriate decorum, in all oral and written communications with customers both internal and external, be a credit to ePlus and reflect positively on your sales team</li> </ul> <hr> Qualifications <hr> Job Knowledge/Skills: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building long lasting business relationships</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional customer service and communication skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with and acute attention to detail</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, products, and processes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to problem solve and exercise judgment in determining appropriate course of action</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Team oriented with a positive attitude</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong Microsoft Office Suite and General Computer Application skills</li> </ul> Education and Experience: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4-year degree is preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">1+ years in the IT industry is preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">1+ years of sales or customer service experience</li> </ul> Why IGXGlobal, an ePlus Technology, inc.
