SAP PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

<ul><li>Support the successful delivery of SAP customer projects in Global Delivery engagements.</li><li>You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, etc.).</li><li>Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where required.</li><li>Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.</li><li>Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)</li><li>Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes for SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.</li><li>Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and foster effective cross-functional teamwork.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.</li><li>8+ years of experience in SAP project environments</li><li>Good understanding of SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional project teams.</li><li>SAP certifications or project management certifications are considered a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 80%.</li><li><strong>Fluency</strong> in German and <strong>business proficiency</strong> in English required.</li></ul> <ul><li>30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company car and company bicycle arrangements, company-funded accident insurance policy, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.</li><li>Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
