DEVOPS ENGINEER

<ul><li>Participate in infrastructure and environment architecture planning</li><li>Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes</li><li>Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments</li><li>Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency</li><li>Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues</li><li>Support and maintain existing environments</li><li>Implement infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and access control</li><li>Collaborate closely with development teams on infrastructure-related topics</li><li>Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies and practices</li></ul> <ul><li>3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes</li><li>Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps</li><li>Good knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governance</li><li>Experience managing Linux and Windows build agents and Azure Artifacts feeds</li><li>Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible</li><li>Strong scripting skills with Bash and Python or PowerShell</li><li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch</li><li>Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security principles</li><li>Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions</li><li>Experience managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurations</li><li>Understanding of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments</li><li>Experience troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident response</li><li>Upper-Intermediate English level</li></ul><p><strong>WILL BE A PLUS:</strong></p><ul><li>AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC</li><li>Experience with AI infrastructure or LLM-powered services</li><li>Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs</li><li>Experience monitoring and supporting AI workloads in production</li><li>Experience integrating AI-related automation into CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Practical use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code</li><li>Knowledge of AI-related data protection and audit logging practices</li></ul> <p><strong>PERSONAL PROFILE</strong></p><ul><li>Proactive and ownership-driven mindset</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to infrastructure reliability</li><li>Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies</li></ul>
