JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

<ul><li>Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies</li><li>Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress</li><li>Clarify and document business and technical requirements</li><li>Coordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers</li><li>Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations</li><li>Support the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment</li><li>Maintain project documentation and reporting</li><li>Support resource planning, assignments, and team development</li><li>Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery</li></ul> <ul><li>At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development</li><li>Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain</li><li>Understanding of modern software development and AI practices</li><li>Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control</li><li>Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers</li><li>Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Human-oriented approach to team and people management</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes</li><li>Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational environment</li><li>Upper-Intermediate or higher English level</li></ul><p><strong>WOULD BE A PLUS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Java or cloud-based projects</li></ul>
