The client is migrating its storefront and order-management capabilities from a legacy platform to a modern Shopify Hydrogen-based platform backed by a custom cloud-native microservices architecture. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling that support a distributed delivery team.</p><p>In addition to a competitive salary rate and a positive work environment committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions, we also offer:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedules and authentic work-life balance</li><li>Opportunities for continuing education</li><li>Social activities per country sponsored by the company</li><li>Birthday celebration</li><li>Payment in US Dollars</li></ul><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>You will be the DevOps owner for a distributed, multi-vendor delivery team — ensuring reliable, secure, and repeatable deployments across environments while collaborating closely with backend engineering, QA automation, and the client's internal IT team.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a .NET-based microservices backend and Shopify Hydrogen storefront, enabling frequent, low-risk releases across development, staging, and production environments.</li><li>Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (compute, networking, messaging, secrets, and security services) using infrastructure-as-code.</li><li>Implement and maintain security controls including WAF/ALB configuration, secrets management, and key management.</li><li>Support configuration and operational maintenance of OAuth2/OIDC identity providers used for service-to-service and customer-facing authentication.</li><li>Stand up and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting across microservices and message-driven workflows.</li><li>Configure and support asynchronous messaging infrastructure (queues, topics, dead-letter handling) for order, inventory, and catalog processing between services.</li><li>Manage environment configuration, versioning, and release coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.</li><li>Participate in troubleshooting production issues, define rollback and contingency procedures, and drive post-incident reviews.</li><li>Produce clear infrastructure and operational documentation, including runbooks.</li><li>Coordinate with backend engineering, QA automation, and the client's internal IT team on environment needs, deployment schedules, and infrastructure changes.</li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>+90% English written and oral (B2 level minimum) — strong written and verbal communication is essential.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on DevOps/infrastructure engineering experience, including production support for cloud-native applications.</li><li>Strong experience with AWS services (compute, networking, SQS/SNS, Secrets Manager, KMS, WAF, ALB).</li><li>Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for containerized or microservices-based applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience supporting .NET/C# application deployments and troubleshooting service-to-service communication issues.</li><li>Solid understanding of OAuth2/OIDC identity and access management concepts.</li><li>Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tooling in a distributed systems environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a multi-vendor, distributed delivery environment across time zones.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have:</p><ul><li>Experience with e-commerce platform migrations (Shopify or similar SaaS commerce platforms).</li><li>Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL data stores in production environments.</li><li>Experience with Keycloak or similar identity providers.</li><li>Exposure to CQRS/event-driven architecture patterns.</li><li>Prior consulting or staff-augmentation experience in a multi-vendor delivery environment.</li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Experience:</p><ul><li>AWS (SQS/SNS, Secrets Manager, KMS, WAF, ALB), CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/CloudFormation</li><li>.NET/C# deployment support, OAuth2/OIDC, monitoring and observability</li><li>Strong documentation and cross-team communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Critical Technology Proficiency:</strong> AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, .NET/C#, OAuth2/OIDC, SQS/SNS</p><p><br> <br> <br> <strong>We are accepting applications from LATAM countries.</strong></p>
