<p>We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the development, enhancement, and integration of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering scalable business functionality, custom components, and integrations within a complex Salesforce environment.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>The ideal candidate can independently execute development work while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners and other technical team members.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Enterprise experience strongly preferred.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>* Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.</p><p>* Build and support Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality, including routing, capacity, and presence management.</p><p>* Develop scalable Salesforce applications and business functionality using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with Lightning Web Components as the primary development framework.</p><p>* Develop Apex triggers, controllers, test classes, and supporting application logic.</p><p>* Develop custom objects and other Salesforce platform customizations.</p><p>* Maintain and enhance existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.</p><p>* Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST-based web services and Salesforce APIs.</p><p>* Work with REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs to support integrations, deployments, and platform functionality.</p><p>* Support integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications as applicable.</p><p>* Participate in Git-based Salesforce development, CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.</p><p>* Independently own assigned development work while collaborating effectively with the broader team.</p> <p>Must-Have Skills</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>* 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.</p><p>* Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.</p><p>* Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).</p><p>* Experience with Salesforce Lightning development.</p><p>* Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL.</p><p>* Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.</p><p>* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.</p><p>* Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.</p><p>* Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.</p><p>* Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.</p><p>* Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.</p><p>* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.</p><p>* Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Nice-to-Have Skills</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>* Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.</p><p>* Experience with telephony or CTI integrations within Salesforce.</p><p>* Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.</p><p>* Familiarity with complex Salesforce data models and large-scale implementations.</p><p>* Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools.</p><p>* Experience supporting integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications.</p><p>* Experience integrating Salesforce with AI-driven tools or services, including predictive analytics, machine learning APIs, or generative AI platforms.</p><p>* Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.</p><p>* Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.</p><p>* Understanding of prompt engineering concepts or experience applying generative AI tools within business applications.</p><p>* Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security considerations for AI-enabled solutions.</p> <p>Required Tools &amp; Platforms</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>* Salesforce Service Cloud</p><p>* Salesforce Omni-Channel</p><p>* Apex</p><p>* Lightning Web Components (LWC)</p><p>* Salesforce Lightning</p><p>* SOQL and SOSL</p><p>* Aura and/or Visualforce</p><p>* Salesforce custom objects and development environment</p><p>* REST-based web services and Salesforce APIs</p><p>* Git</p><p>* Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Location, Time &amp; Engagement</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>* Remote contract engagement.</p><p>* Full-time allocation, approximately 40 hours per week.</p><p>* Candidates must be located in LATAM or India.</p><p>* Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours is required.</p><p>* Current contract end date: March 31, 2027.</p>
