Partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning &amp; Development, and site leadership, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical, leadership, and continuous improvement training programs that enable sustainable business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate facilitator and coach to influence learning at scale, help shape a culture of continuous improvement, and empower teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing outcomes.   <b>The role is REMOTE with frequent travel in the state of GA.</b></p><p><b>Essential Job Functions</b></p><ul><li>Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building.</li><li>Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.</li><li>Lead train-the-trainer initiatives that strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training across sites.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.</li><li>Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results.</li><li>Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.</li></ul><p><b>US Compensation Statement</b><br />The expected salary range for this role is <b>$125-$135k annually</b> but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.</p><p>This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training &amp; Development, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments.</li><li>Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools.</li><li>Proven ability to facilitate training programs, coach diverse audiences, and translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications. </li><li>Experience developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification pathways is highly valued.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred, with additional training, facilitation, or project management certifications considered an advantage.
