Brown<span> </span></span></b><span><span>is seeking</span><span><span> </span>a</span><span><span> </span></span></span><b><span>VP Financial Analytics &amp; Modeling Leader</span><span><span> </span></span></b><span><span>to join our growing team</span><span>!</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>This senior leader will define and drive the financial analytics strategy across our national pharmacy consulting practice, leading a high-performing team of actuaries and analysts and influencing the future direction of our financial products, tools, and methodologies.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p></p><p><span><span>You will serve as a strategic advisor to internal leadership and clients, while<span> </span></span><span>establishing</span><span><span> </span>direction for financial modeling frameworks, analytics platforms, and talent development across the organization.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>How You Will Contribute:</span></b><span><span> </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>Lead and develop the national financial analytics team</span></b><span><span>, including mentoring, structuring, and scaling talent to support growth and innovation.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Define the evolution of financial models and tools</span></b><span><span>, ensuring alignment with emerging PBM pricing structures (e.g., transparent/pass-through models, alternative rebate structures, and value-based arrangements).</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Drive innovation in financial analytics</span></b><span><span>,<span> </span></span><span>identifying</span><span><span> </span>opportunities to enhance our proprietary tools to improve insights, automation, and scalability.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Serve as a senior subject matter expert</span></b><span><span><span> </span>on PBM financial structures, contract terms, and pricing mechanics, supporting complex client engagements and negotiations.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Partner cross-functionally</span></b><span><span><span> </span>with divisional leadership, client engagement, and product teams to advance integrated solutions and operational efficiencies.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Provide strategic oversight of financial deliverables</span></b><span><span>, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high-quality outputs across all client work.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Guide complex financial analyses</span></b><span><span><span> </span>tied to PBM contracts, pricing guarantees, rebate structures, and total cost of care evaluation.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Influence thought leadership and market positioning</span></b><span><span>, contributing to internal strategy discussions and external-facing insights on pharmacy benefit trends.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Drive process standardization and scalability</span></b><span><span>, improving workflow, governance, and quality assurance across financial analytics operations.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Own the development and governance of pharmacy trend assumptions</span></b><span><span><span> </span>and actuarial forecasting methodologies, ensuring models accurately reflect market dynamics,<span> </span></span><span>utilization</span><span><span> </span>changes, inflationary pressures, specialty drug pipeline impacts, biosimilar adoption, and evolving PBM contracting structures.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Skills &amp; Experience to be Successful:</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or related analytical discipline (</span><span>Master’s</span><span><span> </span>degree or MBA preferred).</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Actuarial designation (ASA, FSA, MAAA) preferred, or equivalent experience developing actuarial-based forecasting methodologies within healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or related industries.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>10&#43; years of experience in pharmacy benefit consulting, PBM financial analysis, or related healthcare financial strategy roles.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Deep<span> </span></span><span>expertise</span><span><span> </span>in PBM financial models, pricing structures, contract terms, and industry trends.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong actuarial and forecasting acumen with experience developing<span> </span></span><span>utilization</span><span>, cost, rebate, and specialty trend assumptions for healthcare or pharmacy financial models.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience designing or evolving proprietary analytics platforms.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Knowledge of emerging pharmacy benefit trends, including specialty drug management, biosimilars, and alternative funding programs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics or consulting teams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable business direction.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Advanced technical<span> </span></span><span>proficiency</span><span><span> </span>in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience working with large datasets, pharmacy and medical claims data, and relational databases.</span></span></p></li></ul></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Pay Range</b></p>$200,000 - $275,000 Annual<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i><span>The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly </span><span>rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.</span></i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Teammate Benefits &amp;
