JSI invites you to join our team as an Environmental Specialist II on our Permitting & Environmentals team in our Lubbock, TX office where you'll play a critical role in advancing broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and drive digital inclusion—while advancing your career within a mission-driven, growth-focused organization. Position Overview: As an Environmental Specialist II on the Permitting & Environmentals team, you will support the environmental permitting and compliance review process for broadband and telecommunications construction projects. You will play a key role in supporting activities regulated by NEPA and Section 7 , including researching, preparing, and submitting environmental reports and documentation to federal, state, and local agencies for JSI’s clients in Alaska, California, and Oregon.
