We offer: 100% remote work Salary: 165zł net/h - 220zł net/h/B2B Responsibilities: • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders. • Analyse and document business and functional requirements. • Design high-level architecture and solution concepts for digital asset custody platforms. • Prepare architectural documentation, recommendations and solution analyses. • Provide expert guidance on custody operating models, digital assets and blockchain technologies. • Collaborate with business, architecture and technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions. • Support decision-making on processes, platform architecture and target operating models. We are looking for: • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Subject Matter Expert within banking or financial services. • Hands-on knowledge of digital assets, blockchain/DLT technologies and custody platforms, ideally within the Metaco / Ripple Custody ecosystem. • Proven ability to run workshops, gather and analyse business requirements, design high-level solution architectures and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders. • Excellent documentation, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
