Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, and external partners, you will identify new growth opportunities, optimize partner performance, and help drive high-quality patient acquisition.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach to performance marketing and partnership management.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(230, 126, 35);">As an Affiliate &amp; Partnerships Manager, you would be responsible for:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing, managing, and growing affiliate and strategic partner relationships to support patient recruitment initiatives.</li> <li>Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates, publishers, patient advocacy groups, and other strategic partners.</li> <li>Coordinating partner campaigns and optimizing partner performance to maximize recruitment outcomes.</li> <li>Collaborating with Marketing teams to support performance marketing initiatives and improve acquisition across digital channels.</li> <li>Monitoring affiliate and campaign performance using key metrics and providing recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI.</li> <li>Ensuring affiliate and partnership activities comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, and marketing regulations.</li> <li>Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners to identify new opportunities and continuously improve recruitment performance.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>We would like you to have: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. </li> <li>5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, business development, digital marketing, or a similar role.</li> <li>Proven experience developing and managing affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or publisher relationships.</li> <li>Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CPA, CPL, CPC, attribution, and campaign optimization.</li> <li>Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, or other paid media platforms.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards, web analytics, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.</li> <li>Experience working in the U.S. digital marketing environment, with a good understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, advertising platforms, and market practices.</li> <li>Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English skills.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(230, 126, 35);"><strong>You may ask now, why should I work for you?
