Job description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Technical Product Owner to take ownership of the technical direction and evolution of an enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role combines solution architecture with technical product ownership, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) , platform development, integrations, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
• Act as a ServiceNow technical expert and partner for Business Product Owners and key stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Shape and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture , including data models, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies.
• Design and oversee platform customizations, integrations, upgrades, releases, and new deployments.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture, security, governance, risk, and compliance standards.
• Conduct technical assessments, spikes, and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Review solution designs and testing scenarios to ensure quality and usability.
• Maintain architecture, solution, maintenance, and disaster recovery documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members across distributed teams.
We are looking for you, if you have:
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on design, development, administration, and deployment.
• Strong practical experience with ServiceNow HRSD – must have.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, custom applications, and Studio application management.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, client- and server-side ServiceNow scripting and Jelly; knowledge of AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, SSO, SAML, and LDAP.
• Understanding of platform security, governance, risk, and compliance; experience with GRC/IRM is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and supporting product roadmap decisions.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
