Master&#39;s degree preferred.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Minimum of six years of experience in telecommunications, SaaS technologies, Clinical Trials, Healthcare IT, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrated Project Management experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Six or more years of people leadership experience preferred, including direct management of teams of 15 or more employees.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong understanding of project management methodologies, operational processes, and customer service principles.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management, and prioritization skills.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across multiple functions and leadership levels.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20% as business needs require.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.</span><br /><span> </span></span></li></ul><p><span>At Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you&#39;ll have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking clinical research that helps bring innovative therapies to patients worldwide.
