Job description

📍 This is a homebased role, with regular travel to customer sites, meetings and occasional internal collaboration. Being out with customers and seeing the market first-hand is a key part of the role. This is a 14 month Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of a diverse and fast-moving customer base, driving sustainable growth while shaping how we show up across these channels.This role is all about building strong, commercially effective relationships & working closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that work for both sides.You’ll be:<ul><li>Managing and developing key accounts across grocery channels</li><li>Leading on commercial negotiations, pricing and joint business planning</li><li>Driving both branded and customer-specific growth opportunities</li><li>Working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, category, supply chain and NPD to bring new ideas to market</li><li>Keeping a close eye on trends within foodservice and out-of-home channels to spot opportunities</li></ul>It’s a varied role where you’ll balance strategic planning with day-to-day account management, with plenty of scope to influence outcomes. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and the confidence to build credible relationships across a broad customer base.
