LEAD/SENIOR CONSULTANT SAP HXM – ADVISORY & TRANSFORMATION (M/F/D)

<ul><li>Advise clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives</li><li>Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization</li><li>Develop target architectures, solution concepts and roadmaps for modern HR system landscapes</li><li>Support transformation and migration projects, for example from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors</li><li>Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and presentations</li><li>Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and projects</li><li>Prepare proposals, statements of work and solution concepts</li><li>Support RFPs, pitches and proposal presentations</li><li>Contribute to demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)</li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Delivery and internal stakeholders throughout the entire client journey</li></ul> <ul><li>At least <strong>5 years of professional experience</strong> in the SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and a good understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes</li><li>A solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the <strong>Hire-to-Retire</strong> lifecycle</li><li>Experience with HR transformation, digitalization and/or migration projects</li><li>Strong advisory skills and the ability to translate business requirements into suitable solutions and roadmaps</li><li>Confidence in working directly with clients and facilitating workshops and presentations</li><li>Experience in presales, proposal processes and ideally RFPs</li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across Consulting, Sales and Delivery</li><li><strong>Business-fluent German skills (minimum C1) are required</strong>, as you will work closely with German-speaking clients</li><li>Very good English skills</li></ul> <ul><li>30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company bicycle arrangements, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.</li><li>Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
