Job description

Accountabilities: • Define product strategy: Develop, communicate, and continuously reinforce the product vision, objectives, strategy, roadmap, and priorities throughout the product lifecycle. • Manage the Product Backlog: Keep the backlog transparent, organized, visible, and understandable while prioritizing and detailing stories, epics, and features according to business objectives. • Translate business needs into requirements: Structure functional and non-functional requirements clearly and objectively, ensuring alignment between business expectations and delivery teams. • Lead product delivery: Work closely with the squad to guide deliveries, maintain focus and engagement, remove ambiguity, and ensure initiatives generate the expected business value. • Coordinate stakeholders: Collaborate with other Product Owners, Product Managers, stakeholders, and partner teams to facilitate decisions, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment. • Drive discovery and experimentation: Conduct market research, analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, define and validate MVPs, test hypotheses, and support discovery initiatives. • Champion customer-centric solutions: Understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors while guiding prototyping and solution definition around meaningful user outcomes. • Manage strategic priorities: Balance business needs, delivery capacity, deadlines, and available resources while maintaining focus on the most valuable initiatives. • Promote continuous improvement: Encourage innovation, improve product practices and ways of working, and contribute to a strong product culture focused on learning and value generation. • Connect strategy and execution: Act as a bridge between corporate strategy, product direction, and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment with expected outcomes. Requirements: • Product experience: Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a closely related product role, with demonstrated ownership of product decisions and outcomes. • Financial products: Practical knowledge or experience working with financial products is required. • Agile expertise: Experience working with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads, with a strong understanding of iterative product delivery. • Prioritization and ownership: Strong decision-making capabilities, prioritization skills, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability. • Communication and influence: Excellent communication, active listening, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence different audiences. • Problem solving: Proactive, collaborative, committed, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex challenges. • Analytical thinking: Logical, critical, analytical, and human-centered mindset focused on generating measurable product value. • Product management knowledge: Familiarity with product metrics, product lifecycle management, Product Delivery, MVPs, Product Management, and product culture. • Discovery and growth: Knowledge of discovery tools, Product-Market Fit, experimentation, Growth Hacking, and techniques for understanding customer needs and validating opportunities. • Risk and delivery: Understanding of risk mapping, backlog management, agile practices, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder influence.
