SENIOR BACK-END ENGINEER ( ACCESSIBILITY PRODUCT HOUSE)

<ul><li>Design and implement scalable, distributed Back-end solutions for a SaaS platform</li><li>Architect and deliver complex systems focused on accessibility compliance and platform scalability</li><li>Develop and maintain microservices and cloud-native applications</li><li>Plan, execute, and support large-scale software delivery pipelines</li><li>Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize service performance</li><li>Research, evaluate, and integrate modern technologies into the Back-end ecosystem</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture evolution and technical strategy</li><li>Contribute to infrastructure and SaaS architecture decisions</li><li>Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability of distributed systems</li><li>Utilize AI-assisted development practices and tools within the software delivery lifecycle</li><li>Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices initiatives</li></ul> <ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer including at least 1 year of extensive AI SDLC experience</li><li>Strong Back-end development experience in at least 2 of the following programming languages: Golang (primary), Kotlin, or other JVM-based languages</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar</li><li>Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including serverless and container-based deployments</li><li>Some experience with Elasticsearch and BigQuery</li><li>Familiarity with multiple data stores and services including SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch, BigQuery, etc.</li><li>Proficiency with at least one messaging or streaming system such as Kafka, Flink, Spark, Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ</li><li>Knowledge of high-scale stream and batch processing systems including Flink, Spark, and Kafka</li><li>Strong background in microservices architecture, distributed systems, serverless solutions, and high-scalability systems</li><li>Familiarity with production monitoring and performance optimization</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes</li><li>At least Upper-Intermediate level of English</li></ul><p><strong>WILL BE A PLUS</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with ClickHouse</li><li>Experience in Full Stack and/or Front-end development</li><li>Experience with accessibility-related products or compliance-focused systems</li><li>Experience working with AI-enabled SaaS platforms</li></ul> <p><strong>PERSONAL PROFILE</strong></p><ul><li>Independent and proactive mindset</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Passion for learning and adopting new technologies</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Team-oriented attitude with commitment to high-quality delivery</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment</li></ul>
