MIDDLE-SENIOR AFFILIATE MANAGER

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products across online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, establishing a strong presence in Tier-1 markets while continuing its global growth and expansion. We are currently looking for a Middle - Senior Affiliate Manager. 📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution: • Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones; • Developing proposals for partners to improve the effectiveness of collaboration; • Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners; • Analyzing and optimizing current campaigns, improving key performance indicators (KPIs); • Daily traffic monitoring, reporting, and monitoring of target achievement; • Coordinating with internal departments to support successful campaigns; • Participating in industry events and conferences to develop the partner network. 📚 Your qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry. • Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native, etc.). • Strong understanding of affiliate business models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, and other commercial agreements. • Experience analyzing affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience in product companies or affiliate programs within iGaming will be a strong advantage. • Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets is required. • An established personal network of partners will be considered a strong advantage. • English level — Intermediate or higher.
