ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Description Kickstart your marketing career with Knowt ! We’re looking for someone creative & social-media-savvy to help grow our brand on TikTok and Instagram . You’ll work with our Marketing Manager & CMO to expand our 3.5M+ user base while bringing your own ideas to the table (bonus points if they’re unhinged!) This role is perfect for US-based recent grads (within 3-4 years of graduation) who are passionate about shaping the future of education. (No Visa sponsorship available.) Are You the Right Fit? You’ll thrive in this role if: • You live for short-form content and know what works on TikTok & Instagram. • You have unhinged, out-of-the-box ideas — that probably wouldn’t get approved at other companies. • You learn fast, take initiative, and move quickly with minimal oversight. Requirements • US-based (No Visa sponsorship) • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant experience • Strong grasp of Instagram/TikTok • Familiarity with design & editing tools (Procreate, Figma, Canva, CapCut, etc.) • Creative mindset and ability to craft engaging content • Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities • Work closely with our current Marketing Manager to optimize social accounts • Post & maintain a daily content schedule for Instagram and TikTok • Create, edit, and caption videos that align with Knowt’s brand voice • Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and viral moments • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions • Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly • Monitor competitors and industry trends for new opportunities • Capture Knowt’s energy in fun, authentic ways Process • Submit an application • After an application screening, a select few will be invited to complete the Content Screen , which is a challenge to see your creativity in action! • Round 1 Interview — Problem Solving/Challenges Interview with Natasha (we will run through some questions to test your fit with the the team and some challenges that will be asked on the spot — you will not be able to prepare for them) • Round 2 interview — you’ll go through another round of questions with Natasha & Ramya to test fit. • Decision made!
