B2B Graphic Designer (Performance Ads – LinkedIn, Meta & Google) – Remote | EST Position Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor Location: Remote Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a B2B Graphic Designer to create high-performing static advertising creatives for cold B2B audiences across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Display . This is not a brand-design-only role. Your work will be directly connected to campaign performance, clicks, engagement, and conversions . You’ll take campaign messaging, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) insights, offers, and growth strategies and translate them into clear, compelling creatives designed to capture attention and drive action. We’re looking for a designer who understands that successful performance creative combines strong visual design, messaging hierarchy, buyer psychology, and continuous testing . What You’ll Own Performance Ad Creative Design Create conversion-focused static advertising creatives for: • LinkedIn Ads • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • Google Display Network You’ll: • Translate campaign messaging into clear, scroll-stopping visuals. • Design creatives specifically for cold B2B audiences. • Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for testing. • Experiment with different headlines, layouts, imagery, and CTAs. • Adapt designs across platform-specific dimensions and placements. • Maintain visual clarity across desktop and mobile environments. • Ensure every creative communicates the core message quickly and effectively. B2B Creative Strategy Turn campaign strategy and ICP insights into effective visual concepts. You’ll consider: • Target audience • Buyer pain points • Value propositions • Funnel stage • Campaign objective • Offer positioning • Messaging hierarchy • CTA placement Rather than simply receiving a brief and producing a graphic, you’ll contribute ideas about how the message should be presented visually to maximize performance . Creative Testing & Iteration Support a structured creative testing process. You’ll: • Develop multiple variations of winning concepts. • Create alternative headlines, layouts, CTAs, and visual approaches. • Support A/B and multivariate creative testing. • Review performance feedback from marketing teams. • Identify patterns across winning and underperforming creatives. • Iterate based on actual campaign results. • Help establish repeatable creative frameworks based on what works. The goal is not simply to produce more designs — it is to continuously improve creative performance . LinkedIn, Meta & Google Creative Optimization Understand how creative requirements differ across advertising platforms. Create platform-ready assets for: LinkedIn • Sponsored content • Single-image ads • B2B lead generation campaigns • Thought-leadership and demand generation campaigns Meta • Facebook and Instagram feed ads • Lead generation creatives • Retargeting campaigns • Prospecting campaigns Google • Responsive Display campaigns • Display banners • Retargeting creatives • Multiple required dimensions and formats Ensure creative remains visually consistent while being optimized for each platform and placement. Collaboration with Marketing & Growth Teams Work closely with: • Performance marketers • Demand generation teams • Growth marketers • Copywriters • Marketing leadership You’ll: • Review campaign briefs and messaging frameworks. • Understand campaign goals before beginning design. • Translate copy and positioning into effective visuals. • Contribute creative concepts during campaign planning. • Incorporate performance feedback into future designs. • Maintain alignment between messaging, design, and funnel objectives. Scalable Creative Production Build systems that allow the team to produce and test creatives efficiently. You’ll: • Create reusable design templates. • Build scalable creative systems. • Maintain organized asset libraries. • Develop repeatable campaign frameworks. • Maintain consistent file naming and version control. • Prepare final assets accurately for launch. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Maintain brand consistency without sacrificing testing velocity. AI-Enhanced Creative Workflows Use AI tools to accelerate creative ideation and production. Tools may include: • Midjourney • Adobe Firefly • ChatGPT • Other emerging AI design and creative tools Use AI to support: • Concept development • Visual ideation • Image generation • Creative exploration • Rapid iteration • Production efficiency AI should improve your workflow and creative output — not replace strong design judgment. Required Experience & Skills Must-Have • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience , with strong exposure to B2B advertising or performance marketing creatives. • Portfolio demonstrating relevant work across: • LinkedIn Ads • Meta Ads • Display advertising • B2B marketing campaigns • Strong proficiency with: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • and/or Canva • Strong understanding of: • Conversion-focused design • Visual hierarchy • CTA placement • Typography • Layout • Advertising creative principles • Experience designing multiple creative variations for testing. • Understanding of designing for cold audiences. • Experience using AI tools within creative workflows. • Ability to work from marketing briefs, messaging, and campaign strategy. • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong written English communication. • Availability during EST business hours.
