LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LPC)

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Professional Counselor in this remote role, you will provide therapy services to clients seeking support for mental health, emotional wellness, and life challenges. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients virtually, helping them set realistic goals, providing evidence-informed interventions, and keeping clear records of care. This is a strong fit for an LPC who wants predictable weekday hours and a professional remote environment. Responsibilities: • Deliver virtual counseling services to clients located in Alaska • Evaluate client concerns and recommend appropriate care goals • Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and related concerns • Track client progress and update treatment plans as needed • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner • Active Alaska LPC license in good standing • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field • Experience providing counseling in a clinical or telehealth setting • Strong ability to build rapport through virtual sessions • Organized approach to scheduling, notes, and follow-through • Knowledge of professional counseling standards • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a remote LPC position where your clinical skills can support clients across Alaska while keeping your workweek clear and consistent.
