Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Hawaii Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote Job Summary We’re hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists in Hawaii for a full-time telehealth position. You’ll provide virtual counseling to clients across the state, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns through thoughtful, individualized care. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule and the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining consistent client support. Key Responsibilities • Conduct secure virtual therapy sessions with clients across Hawaii • Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation • Help clients address anxiety, stress, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, and life changes • Provide a professional, supportive, and confidential virtual care experience • Apply ethical and evidence-informed approaches throughout treatment • Must hold an active Hawaii license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work • Strong comfort level with remote care delivery • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Commitment to professional and client-centered care • 2 weeks of paid time off • Health insurance coverage • 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you are ready to bring steady support to Hawaii clients through telehealth, we invite you to apply.
