LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Mississippi Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday Setting: Remote / Telehealth We are seeking a Mississippi-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to provide high-quality mental health services through telehealth. The therapist will be responsible for conducting virtual sessions, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients with a range of emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns. This full-time remote role is suited for a clinician who demonstrates sound clinical judgment, strong communication, and consistent documentation while maintaining professional standards of care. Key Responsibilities • Deliver online therapy services to clients located in Mississippi • Conduct assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals • Provide counseling for mental health, emotional wellness, and life adjustment concerns • Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation • Follow professional standards for confidentiality, ethics, and client care • Must hold an active Mississippi license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) • Experience delivering counseling, therapy, or behavioral health services • Comfortable working with clients through secure telehealth technology • Strong documentation and clinical communication skills • Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency • 2 weeks of paid time off • Health insurance coverage • 401(k) plan with a 3% company match Use your Mississippi clinical license to help clients receive the support they need from a setting that works for them.
