CUSTOMER SERVICE - DUTCH SPEAKER | BRAGA, PORTUGAL

A well-established company in Braga is expanding and looking to bring on a Customer Service. It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied. What you'd be doing: • Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated • Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit • Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment What we're looking for: • Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent) • Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level • Solid working English alongside your Dutch • Fluent Dutch, written and spoken Details: • Work model: Remote Relocation support, where offered, is handled directly with the employer and discussed during the process - happy to walk you through what applies here.
