CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - DUTCH SPEAKER | LISBON, PORTUGAL

Fluent in Dutch? A team in Lisbon is looking for their next Customer Support Representative. Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself. What you'd be doing: • Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email • Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current • Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly What we're looking for: • Right to work in the country without sponsorship required • Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level • Solid working English alongside your Dutch • Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent) Details: • Work model: Remote This is one of several openings we're currently recruiting for in Portugal - worth asking what else might fit if this one isn't quite right.
