SQL/TECH - FRENCH SPEAKER | LISBON, PORTUGAL

We're working with an employer in Lisbon to fill a SQL/TECH position for their French market. Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself. What you'd be doing: • Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email • Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality • Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source What we're looking for: • Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once • Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems • Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential Details: • Work model: Remote We work with employers across several European markets, so even if this particular role isn't a perfect match, it's worth staying in touch.
