An international employer based in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Taskforce_edge to join their French-speaking team. Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself. What you'd be doing: • Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source • Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated • Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email What we're looking for: • Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role • Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent) • Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once • Right to work in the country without sponsorship required Details: • Work model: Remote Relocation support, where offered, is handled directly with the employer and discussed during the process - happy to walk you through what applies here.
