PAINTING SUPERVISOR

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 360000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3.6 - 6 LPA) Min Experience: 3+ years Location: Gujarat, India JobType: full-time About the role • Supervise and oversee day-to-day coating/painting application activities at site • Ensure strict quality control (QC) of coating application in line with project specifications and industry standards • Monitor and ensure project completion within agreed timelines • Prepare, verify, and submit bills/invoices on time, ensuring accurate documentation of work completed • Coordinate closely with contractors, site teams, and client/user representatives to ensure smooth execution • Identify and resolve on-site issues related to coating application, surface preparation, and material handling • Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and QC documentation • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols • Willingness to travel and stay at various project sites depending on business/project requirements Must-have skills Painting, NACE Good-to-have skills Industrial coating
