Job description

Position Summary We are growing our remote team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy researching destinations, assisting customers, and keeping important details organized. As a Destination Support Advisor, you will help clients explore vacation possibilities and provide support as they move from initial ideas to completed arrangements. This opportunity is open to applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training, supplier education, and ongoing resources are provided to help you build your knowledge and confidence. Key Responsibilities • Communicate with clients to understand destination interests, travel dates, vacation preferences, and budget considerations • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and vacation packages • Identify options that match each traveler's priorities and requested experiences • Provide helpful destination and service information to assist clients with their selections • Support the coordination of lodging, transportation, activities, and other requested arrangements • Work with approved supplier resources and reservation platforms • Organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable travel information • Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up on information needed to finalize arrangements • Keep clients informed as reservations are completed or updated • Assist with routine modifications, cancellations, and special requests • Review names, dates, and booking information to help ensure accuracy • Maintain organized client records and reservation notes • Continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education What We Provide • 100% remote opportunity within eligible regions • Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling • Beginner-friendly onboarding and training • No previous professional travel experience required • Ongoing team guidance and support • Supplier and destination education • Access to approved research and planning resources • Opportunities to develop customer service, research, and coordination skills • Professional development and growth opportunities • Performance-based incentives and recognition • Qualifying travel discounts and industry-related benefits • Supportive virtual team environment Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional and customer-focused approach • Good listening and interpersonal abilities • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities • Comfortable researching destinations and comparing options online • Willingness to learn reservation platforms and digital tools • Resourceful and adaptable when availability or plans change • Dependable follow-through and effective time management • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another approved regions
