<h1><b><u>Company</u>:</b></h1>AHI agilon health, inc.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><u>Job Posting Location</u></b>:</h1>Remote - USA<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><u>Job Title</u>:</b> ​</h1>Director, Cost of Care Solutions<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><u>Job Description</u>:</b> ​</h1><h2>Enterprise Solution Enablement</h2><ul><li>Serve as the operational lead for assigned enterprise Cost of Care solution domains throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, optimization, scaling, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Translate enterprise strategies into scalable operational models that can be consistently implemented across diverse markets.</li><li>Develop implementation frameworks, operational playbooks, and standardized operating approaches that support successful execution while allowing appropriate market flexibility.</li><li>Evaluate solution effectiveness and recommend operational enhancements that improve adoption, sustainability, and overall impact.</li></ul><h2>Deployment &amp; Market Optimization</h2><ul><li>Lead deployment of enterprise Cost of Care initiatives across markets, partnering with Market Presidents, physician leaders, practice leadership, and operational teams to ensure successful implementation.</li><li>Conduct structured market optimization engagements to assess implementation maturity, identify operational barriers, and advance markets toward enterprise best practices.</li><li>Assess market readiness and recommend deployment sequencing, implementation approaches, and optimization priorities.</li><li>Support markets through complex implementation challenges while fostering local ownership and long-term sustainability.</li><li>Develop and maintain an enterprise approach for assessing market maturity, identifying operational variation, and prioritizing optimization opportunities across assigned solution domains.</li></ul><h2>Solution Deployment and Operational Performance Improvement</h2><ul><li>Identify variation in solution deployment and operational performance across markets and develop recommendations to improve consistency and effectiveness.</li><li>Analyze workflows, provider engagement, and operational barriers to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Establish feedback loops that continuously strengthen enterprise solutions based on market experience and implementation learnings.</li><li>Evaluate pilot initiatives and provide recommendations regarding operational readiness for broader enterprise deployment and scale.</li></ul><h2>Cross-Functional Leadership</h2><ul><li>Partner with Product, Analytics, Technology, Clinical Operations, Network, and Market leadership to coordinate successful implementation of enterprise Cost of Care solutions.</li><li>Influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization to remove barriers, build alignment, and accelerate execution.</li><li>Represent operational and market perspectives during enterprise solution design to ensure initiatives are practical, scalable, and sustainable.</li><li>Facilitate collaboration between enterprise and market teams to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h2>Executive Partnership</h2><ul><li>Provide regular updates regarding deployment progress, implementation effectiveness, adoption trends, operational risks, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Develop executive-ready recommendations supported by operational insights, market feedback, and performance analysis.</li><li>Recommend deployment strategies, implementation priorities, and operational improvements that support enterprise Cost of Care objectives.</li><li>Partner with the Vice President, Cost of Care to continuously refine enterprise solutions based on organizational priorities and market needs.</li></ul><h2>Other Job Functions</h2><ul><li>Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.</li><li>Foster collaborative relationships across enterprise and market teams.</li><li>Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Understand, adhere to, and implement Company policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Minimum Experience</h2><ul><li>7&#43; years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, physician practice operations, population health, care management, value-based care, clinical operations, or related healthcare environments.</li><li>Demonstrated success implementing and operationalizing complex initiatives across multiple sites, markets, or business units.</li><li>Experience partnering directly with physicians, practice leadership, and operational leaders to improve clinical or operational performance.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations.</li><li>Experience driving organizational change, operational improvement, and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of an organization.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Experience</h2><ul><li>Experience supporting physician organizations participating in value-based care or risk-based payment models.</li><li>Experience developing and scaling operational programs across geographically dispersed markets.</li><li>Experience leading implementation, optimization, or transformation initiatives in physician-centric healthcare organizations.</li></ul><h2>Skills &amp; Abilities</h2><ul><li>Strong operational leadership with the ability to translate enterprise strategy into measurable execution.</li><li>Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, particularly with physicians and operational leaders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct authority.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into operational action.</li><li>Experience developing scalable operating models, implementation frameworks, and operational playbooks.</li><li>Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to balance enterprise standardization with market-specific operational realities.</li><li>Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.</li></ul><h1><b><u>Location</u>:</b> ​</h1>Remote - OH<p></p><h1><b><u>Pay Range</u>:</b> ​</h1>$129,700.00 - $162,100.00<p></p><p>Salary range shown is a guideline.
