What You Will Do • Customer Support: Assist Danish customers with product enquiries, orders, payments, and account management. • Problem Solving: Resolve issues efficiently through phone, email, and live chat. • Team Collaboration: Maintain accurate logs in CRM systems and coordinate with international team members.
