LICENSING PROJECT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - INVISION (ALTERNATIVA DISTRIBUTION)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Licensing Project & Operations Coordinator to support the operational delivery of Alternativa's distribution activities — including acquisitions, sales, and catalogue management. This role acts as the operational hub between the Head of Film Distribution, Licensing Manager, Programming Manager, legal, finance, marketing, and external partners, keeping deals, deliveries, and payments on track from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once, and confident coordinating across teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
