Position: Music Production Expert - Urdu Type: Contract Compensation: $14–$42/hour Location: Remote Duration: Up to 6 months Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality , creativity , and production/mix quality . • Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence , vocal quality , and other characteristics. • Label songs by genre , structure , instruments , and vocals . • Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy against reference material. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have • Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu . • Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English . • 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer. • Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening. Preferred • Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition. • Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work. • Broad familiarity with contemporary Urdu genres, sub-genres, and artists.
