SENIOR RECRUITER - FREELANCE

Job Summary - Senior Recruiter We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, including legal positions. This commission-based, entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research, outreach, and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools. • Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms. • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS. • Screen resumes and conduct thorough initial candidate interview evaluations. • Coordinate candidate submittal summaries, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups. • Track pipeline activity and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams. • Support reporting, data accuracy, and recruitment process improvements. Qualifications • 2+ years of agency recruiting and full-cycle recruitment experience. • Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills. • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles. Preferred: Experience with AI tools LinkedIn, SignalHire, other niche/professional recruiting resources. Compensation & Benefits • Commission-based 1099 role with significant earning potential. • Placement payout averages ranging from $3,000 to $14,000+ per hire. • Flexible remote work environment. • Collaborative team of recruiting professionals. Additional Details • Monthly technology fee (waived after first placement payout) includes access to multiple job boards, ATS database, AI sourcing tools, job board postings, and other company resources. • No business development or performance metric requirements.
