We’re always pushing each other to go further because we believe that when we realize our potential, we can help others reach theirs.&#xa;&#xa;Join us and play your part in something special!&#xa;&#xa;The Contact Center Specialist Level 1 will provide excellent customer service while responding to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions as well as perform outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.Monday- Friday 12p-9pEssential Job Functions<ul><li>Quickly analyze account history on a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution</li><li>Perform insurance verifications via outbound calls and the internet</li><li>Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability</li><li>Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and a high attention to detail</li><li>Professional verbal and written skills</li><li>Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures</li><li>Ability to type a minimum of 25WPM</li><li>Intermediate computer skills</li></ul>Education/Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum one year of customer service experience</li><li>Prior experience with auto insurance or collateral protection insurance a plus</li></ul>US Work AuthorizationUS Work Authorization required.
