<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Results-Driven - </strong>Are you skilled in pairing client job descriptions to various online candidate profile portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, etc.) to discover high-performing candidates? </p> <p><strong>Solution-Focused - </strong>Do you have a knack for solving the puzzles of candidate sourcing, even those that might seem complex at first glance?</p> <p><strong>Vested in Client Success - </strong>Do you pride yourself in understanding your company’s and client’s needs and finding the candidate who fits just right, along with imparting the utmost detail in your work to avoid error?</p> <p><strong>Team First - </strong>Are you adept at aligning with your team's goals, creating a seamless harmony within your group?</p> <p><strong>Take Ownership -</strong> Are you ready to step up and take responsibility when a client’s position opens, making sure that you contribute effectively?</p> <p><strong>Consistency - </strong>Do you manage to make successful placements so regularly that it's become something of a habit?</p> <p><strong>Better Than Yesterday - </strong>Do you strive to improve your KPI performance month over month?</p> <p> </p> <p>If the above describes your core, may be our next <strong>Sourcer!<br></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>High-Level of Role:<br><br></strong></p> <p>This role is part of an offering we’re delivering to our law firm clients to help them source, recruit, screen, and hire a variety of roles, including Executive Assistant, Marketing personnel (all levels), Office Admins, and Executives (COO, CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.)</p> <p>This recruiting service has a major impact on our clients’ success journey and their ability to grow their own law firms.</p> <p>As a Talent Sourcer at Crisp, your job is to support our Recruiting team by having a pool of talented candidates uploaded and at-the-ready every single day by working our local overnight and inputting those sourced candidates into our applicant tracking system.</p> <p>This is your chance to work with the United States’ fastest growing law firm growth company and have this invaluable, state-side experience on your profile.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Achieve hundreds of sourced candidates monthly (in addition to other metrics that will shift according to client and business needs)</li> <li>Role intake meetings, with Recruiters and Team Lead to gain accurate understanding of the ever-changing law firm client roles for while you’ll be sourcing</li> <li>Understanding the exact requirements of all roles</li> <li>Identifying the right keywords in online candidate resumes</li> <li>Constructing proper search strings</li> <li>Searching through various online candidate profile databases</li> <li>Effectively assess resumes aligned to the clients’ needs</li> <li>Have the specified goal count of resumes ready and delivered at the end of your work day</li> <li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sourcing results</li> <li>Liaise across a variety of roles within the recruiting department including Recruiters, other Sourcers, Team Lead Recruiters, Recruiting Director, and Recruiting Operations Manager</li> <li>Work within, pull information from, and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system) - Greenhouse</li> <li>Data Entry: Handle data entry and updates across various platforms with 100% accuracy</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Three + years of sourcing and/or recruiting department support experience, up to Executive level roles (preferred law firm roles, but not required)</li> <li>Well-written and -spoken English (critical for internal communication accuracy)</li> <li>Proficiency in ATS (bonus points if Greenhouse)</li> <li>Proficiency in searching all main candidate resume job portals (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and various search tactics such as boolean and keyword searches</li> <li>Ability to work 8:55am - 5pm EST US (our local office hours)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to understand role intake and keywords </li> <li>Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements of our clients</li> <li>Familiarity with Slack and Zoom (or similar)</li> <li>Attention to Detail: You have a spotlight-level focus on details and administrative skills.
