Job Description:<div><div><div>Location: open to remote candidates - must be able to work ET hours.</div><div> </div><div>Overview </div><div>The Senior Associate, Media Effectiveness will support our analytics and data operations by ensuring data quality, enabling seamless reporting, and providing day-to-day analytical support. This role will focus on data engineering and pipeline management and media analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and datasets. </div><div> </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div>Media Analytics </div><div><ul><li>Gather and prepare data for recurring attribution solution on a weekly basis and quarterly MMM inputs, coordinating with media and strategy teams. </li><li>Weekly, monthly and quarterly insights reporting on a channel and tactic level.</li><li>Populate and QA weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. </li><li>Provide data compilation and visualization for client deliverables. </li><li>QA and maintain taxonomy standards across media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting </li></ul></div><div>General Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all deliverables. </li><li>Collaborate with onshore analytics and media teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and insights. </li><li>Proactively flag data anomalies, pipeline issues, or reporting gaps. </li><li>Support process documentation and contribute to workflow improvements. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, or media reporting. </li><li>Hands-on exposure to SQL.</li><li>Knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g., CM360, TTD, DSP/partner data). </li><li>Strong data QA skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies across sources. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Familiarity with Tableau; ability to make minor modifications a plus. </li><li>Strong communication skills; client-facing exposure is a plus. </li></ul><div>The annual salary range for this position is (68,000-$80,000).
