<p><strong>This position can be performed remotely for candidates based in&#xa0;Northern Portugal.</strong><br> <br> Depending on your background and experience, you could join one of the following teams:</p><p><br> <u><strong>Data Engineer</strong></u></p><p>You will play a key role in building and scaling our <strong>new modern data platform</strong>, supporting Data, BI and future AI use cases across the organization.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Building and maintaining data pipelines using tools such as <strong>Databricks, dbt, Airbyte and Airflow</strong>.</li><li>Contributing to data platform architecture and modeling.</li><li>Developing reliable, tested and reusable data transformations.</li><li>Delivering trusted datasets to BI and Analytics teams.</li><li>Contributing to data engineering standards, documentation and quality.</li></ul><p>We are looking for professionals with <strong>3+ years of experience in Data Engineering</strong>, strong SQL skills, knowledge of Python and data modeling, and experience with cloud environments.<br> &#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Data Integration Engineer</strong></u></p><p>You will play a key role in ensuring <strong>data integration and interoperability</strong> across Ayming's systems, while contributing to our Data &amp; AI transformation and the <strong>Aym-otion migration project</strong>.</p><p>You will work on:</p><ul><li>Designing and maintaining data integration and migration pipelines.</li><li>Data mapping and data quality management.</li><li>Integration using APIs, ETL/ELT and event streaming.</li><li>Supporting embedded BI solutions.</li><li>Working closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.</li></ul><p>We are looking for professionals with <strong>2+ years of experience</strong> in Data Integration, Analytics Engineering or BI, with knowledge of APIs, ETL/ELT, cloud environments and integration tools.<br> &#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Program Manager – HR &amp; Finance IT</strong></u></p><p>You will lead Ayming's <strong>HR IT transformation program</strong>, with the scope expected to expand to Finance IT applications from 2027.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Leading <strong>Workday HCM</strong> implementation milestones.</li><li>Coordinating Workday integrators and internal HR, Finance, IT and Data &amp; AI teams.</li><li>Managing milestones, dependencies, risks and budgets.</li><li>Leading governance and steering committees with senior stakeholders.</li><li>Supporting change management and adoption of new solutions.</li><li>Contributing to the HR &amp; Finance IT roadmap.</li></ul><p>We are looking for professionals with <strong>6+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management</strong>, international deployment experience and the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.</p> <p><strong>What do we look for?</strong></p><ul><li>Curious and eager to learn</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Proactive and autonomous</li><li>Comfortable working in an international environment</li><li>Able to challenge existing processes and propose improvements</li></ul> <p><strong>Apply to attend our Job Dating event!</strong></p><p>After receiving your application, our recruitment team will review your profile and get in touch with you for a&#xa0;<strong>first virtual conversation</strong>.
