Globe Life is looking for a Worksite Billing Auditor I to join the team!In this role, you will be responsible for handling the incoming calls and emails from the agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. You will research and use information from a variety of sources to solve complex problems, answer questions, and assist business owners and bookkeepers with their invoices.This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do:<ul><li>Communicate and explain basic account information to the customer, including their billing statements.</li><li>Aid users with our online billing system.</li><li>Maintain composure in stressful situations, manage and diffuse high-tension Situations.</li><li>Maintain high-quality customer service.</li><li>Participate in phone rotation.</li><li>Research miscellaneous issues from our accounts & agencies.</li><li>Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.</li></ul>What You Can Bring:<ul><li>Call center experience (1+ years preferred).</li><li>Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Insurance experience is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Desire to provide great customer service.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent time management skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Have the ability to maintain composure in stressful Situations, manage and diffuse high-tension situations.</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be self-motivated and able to stay focused, even when working from home.</li><li>Reliable and punctual.</li><li>The ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided.</li></ul>Applicable To All Employees of Globe Life Family of Companies:<ul><li>Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.</li></ul>How Globe Life Will Support You:Looking to continue your career in an environment that values your contribution and invests in your growth?
