JOB SUMMARY The Associate Director, Corporate Communications will play a key role in executing GeneDx’s external communications strategy and strengthening the company’s visibility and reputation with media, healthcare stakeholders and other key audiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, this individual will be a hands-on member of the team responsible for driving day-to-day media relations, proactive storytelling, executive thought leadership, patient storytelling, agency coordination and communications project management. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and highly organized, proactive communications professional who loves getting into the details and moving work forward. This individual will need to quickly develop a strong understanding of GeneDx’s business, identify compelling stories and translate complex scientific, clinical and business topics into clear, engaging narratives.
