FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities • Manage financial and management reporting , cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations. • Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering , providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation. • Drive Finance transformation and automation , leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models . • Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance , and liaise with auditors and external advisors. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years' relevant experience . • Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills. • Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued. • Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems . • Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus. • Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
