We're looking for an experienced Client Payroll Executive to join our Education Managed Services team and take ownership of a portfolio of client payrolls. If you're passionate about payroll, enjoy solving problems, and love building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services for multiple clients while acting as their trusted payroll expert.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance, maintaining exceptional service standards, and supporting continuous improvements across our payroll operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related enquiries.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.
- Produce payroll reports and client documentation.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
ABOUT YOU
You'll have:
- Previous payroll processing experience, ideally within a payroll bureau, managed services, or outsourced payroll environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Experience with IRIS Payroll, Earnie or similar payroll software.
- Progress towards or completion of a CIPP qualification.
