Our teams are united by a common purpose: to deliver a better world through technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.</p><p><strong>Join us and help power the future.</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>BS/BA +12&#xa0;years of related experience with at least 4&#xa0;years of experience acting in a leadership or practice-building capacity or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education</li><li>PE</li><li>Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in substation engineering</li><li>A passion for developing people and building strong teams</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience managing projects, clients, and technical teams</li><li>A commitment to quality, safety, and client success</li><li>PE in multiple states</li></ul><p>Don't meet every qualification?
