INFORMATICA CONSULTANT

<p>We are looking for <strong>Informatica Consultants</strong> to join a growing data and technology team, supporting clients in the <strong>analysis, design, and implementation of data solutions</strong>.</p><p>The role combines functional analysis, data architecture, Informatica technologies, and business requirements, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.</p><p>We are open to both <strong>Senior Consultant</strong> and <strong>Consultant</strong> profiles, depending on experience and technical expertise.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into effective <strong>data and technology solutions</strong>.</li><li>Participate in the design of data and integration solutions across <strong>cloud and on-premises environments</strong>.</li><li>Analyse and work with <strong>data models, databases, ERP systems, ETL processes, and BI platforms</strong>.</li><li>Support <strong>data governance</strong> initiatives and contribute to data management strategies.</li><li>Understand business objectives and translate them into relevant <strong>KPIs and data requirements</strong>.</li><li>Lead or participate in <strong>workshops with business and technical stakeholders</strong>.</li><li>Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with development, data, architecture, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Work within <strong>Agile methodologies</strong>, participating in relevant ceremonies and delivery activities.</li><li>Provide functional and technical expertise around <strong>Informatica solutions</strong>.</li><li>Contribute to the definition of best practices and continuous improvement of data solutions.</li></ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><p><u><strong>Data &amp; Technology</strong></u></p><ul><li>Functional analysis and <strong>solution design</strong>.</li><li>Data modelling and data models.</li><li>Databases and <strong>ERP systems</strong>.</li><li><strong>ETL</strong> and data integration.</li><li><strong>Business Intelligence (BI)</strong>.</li><li>Cloud and on-premises architectures.</li><li>Data governance and data management.</li><li>Business strategy and <strong>KPI definition</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile methodologies</strong>.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Informatica</strong></u></p><p>Strong knowledge of:</p><ul><li><strong>Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)</strong></li><li><strong>Informatica PowerCenter</strong></li></ul><p>The following would be considered a plus:</p><ul><li><strong>Informatica Cloud / IDMC</strong></li><li><strong>CDGC (Cloud Data Governance and Catalog)</strong></li><li><strong>Master Data Management (MDM)</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Computer Science, Software Engineering</strong>, or a related field.</li><li><strong>4+ years of experience in technology consulting</strong>.</li><li><strong>4+ years of experience working with Informatica technologies</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to lead workshops and independently gather and define requirements.</li><li>Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data governance.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working in Agile environments.</li></ul> <p><strong>What do we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Remote within Spain Time zone.</strong></li><li>Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects.</li><li>CET working hours</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><strong>If you have read this far and you are looking forward to joining this challenge, do not hesitate to apply... we would be delighted to meet you!</strong></strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Talan Spain’s commitment to non-discrimination based on gender, race, ideology, or any other reason, in accordance with the company’s "Equality Plan" and the current regulations on gender equality between women and men (Royal Decree-Law 6/2019).</p>
