Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement <ul> <li>Design, build, and continuously improve 101 (foundational) and 201 (technical/advanced) training curricula covering Claude's capabilities, the Anthropic API and developer platform, prompting best practices, and integration patterns.</li> <li>Develop supporting enablement assets: slide decks, hands-on labs, quick-reference guides, certification assessments, and recorded content.</li> <li>Structure content using sound instructional design principles so training drives retention and behavior change, not just information transfer.</li> <li>Keep curricula current as Anthropic ships new Claude models and platform capabilities, refreshing content on a regular cadence.</li> </ul> Technical Enablement & Delivery <ul> <li>Deliver engaging live training sessions — both virtual (video conferencing/webinar) and in-person (on-site workshops, offsites, conferences) — to internal delivery teams, partners, and clients.</li> <li>Tailor enablement content to different audiences, from non-technical business users to developers and solution architects.</li> <li>Demo Claude capabilities live, including the API, prompting techniques, and common integration patterns, and confidently field unscripted technical questions.</li> <li>Provide office hours and follow-up technical support to reinforce learning after formal sessions. Certification & Program Ownership</li> <li>Own and evolve NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program, validating learner proficiency across 101 and 201 tracks.</li> <li>Design assessments that measure real, applied competency rather than passive completion.</li> <li>Track certification status, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics; report on program health to practice leadership.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul> <li>Partner with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify enablement gaps and prioritize training that drives adoption.</li> <li>Gather and act on learner feedback to iterate quickly on content quality, pacing, and format. Travel as needed to deliver in-person training at client sites, offsites, and events (estimated up to 30%).</li> </ul> Technology & Platform Landscape <ul> <li>Area Tools & Technologies</li> <li>Core Platform Claude (API & Console), Claude Code, Claude in Chrome, Claude in Excel/PowerPoint, Claude Cowork, Claude Tag (Slack)</li> <li>Developer Enablement Anthropic API/SDKs, prompt engineering & prompt caching, tool use / function calling, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agent SDK</li> <li>Integration & Workflow ServiceNow AI Agents, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, MuleSoft, custom RAG pipelines Enablement / LMS Docebo, WorkRamp, LearnUpon, Articulate 360, ServiceNow Learning, Zoom/Webex/Teams virtual delivery</li> </ul> Certification & Assessment <ul> <li>NewRocket internal certification tooling, quiz/assessment platforms, hands-on lab environments (sandboxed Claude workspaces)</li> <li>Content & Delivery Tools: PowerPoint/Google Slides, Confluence/Notion, video capture & editing (Loom, Camtasia), Miro/Mural for workshops</li> </ul> Qualifications Required <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.</li> <li>Strong technical foundation — comfort with APIs and integrations, and enough hands-on experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms to teach and troubleshoot confidently.</li> <li>Proven experience designing and delivering tiered training curricula (e.g., foundational/101 and advanced/201) to mixed technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Excellent presentation and facilitation skills across both virtual and in-person formats, with the ability to hold a room and adapt on the fly.</li> <li>Strong instructional design skills — able to structure content for retention, not just information transfer. Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment. Clear, structured written and verbal communication; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Prior experience training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools.</li> <li>Experience with curriculum design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) or adult-learning methodologies.</li> <li>Experience building or administering certification or LMS-based programs.</li> <li>Background in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture.</li> <li>Familiarity with ServiceNow AI Agents or similar workflow automation platforms.</li> </ul> Core Competencies <ul> <li>Enablement Program Design: Builds structured 101/201 curricula that take learners from foundational fluency to advanced technical proficiency.</li> <li>Technical Credibility: Demonstrates working command of the Claude API, prompting, and integration patterns to earn trust with engineers.</li> <li>Live Facilitation: Delivers confident, engaging sessions across virtual and in-person formats, adapting on the fly to the room.</li> <li>Certification Ownership: Designs and administers assessments that validate real proficiency, not just attendance.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Partnership: Works fluidly with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to close adoption gaps with the right content.</li> <li>Content Craftsmanship: Produces polished, reusable enablement assets — decks, labs, guides — built to scale across the practice.</li> </ul> Equal Opportunity NewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
