Mokse is seeking a c<span>ommitted and detail</span><span>‑</span><span>oriented Website Coordinator to maintain and update our organization’s website. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with basic web technologies, enjoys problem</span><span>‑</span><span>solving, and wants to contribute to a mission</span><span>‑</span><span>driven organization. You don’t need to be an expert programmer—just someone who can learn, adapt, and keep things running smoothly.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Job Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Keep website content up to date, including events, news, resources, and program information</li><li>Make minor layout or structural updates as needed</li><li>Upload blog posts, photos, and other media</li><li>Ensure links, forms, and pages function correctly</li><li>Coordinate with the Executive Director on messaging, updates, and priorities</li><li>Maintain basic site security practices (password updates, plugin checks, etc.)</li><li>Troubleshoot simple technical issues or coordinate with outside support when needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Minimum Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li>Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program</li><li>Work study part of financial aid package</li><li>Students with work study may be prioritized</li><li><span>Basic understanding of website platforms (such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar) </span></li><li><span>Comfort with simple HTML/CSS or willingness to learn </span></li><li><span>Strong attention to detail and follow</span><span>‑</span><span>through </span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and communicate clearly </span></li><li><span>Commitment to the mission of reducing stigma around incarceration </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Learning Outcomes (NACE Competencies)</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Students will gain experience on how to work and support marginalized communities.</span></li><li><span>Improved communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Opportunity to enhance leadership skills and to take ownership of a project from beginning to end.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We believe real innovation comes from inclusion - where different experiences, perspectives and talents are celebrated. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
