Job description

<ul><li>Accelerate the customer’s value realization of Check Point’s products &amp; services</li><li>Providing top-notch Customer Advocacy – Understand the customer’s technical and strategic requirements and liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) to fulfill those requirements</li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with key customer decision makers (Exec and Engineering)</li><li>Establish and execute upon clear retention goals and process milestones</li><li>Assist and track customers with their ongoing adoption (deployment and usage) of Check Point’s products and services</li><li>Identify new opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services and promoting value through customer experience</li><li>Work with implementation partners on strategic accounts and opportunities</li><li>Lead customer-facing account management strategy and planning sessions (QBRs, cadence calls, etc.)</li><li>Detailed understanding of the different contracts to ensure agreement fulfillment</li><li>Crisis management</li></ul> <ul><li>A customer-first approach</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in the Cyber/IT industry in roles of Customer success/Pre-Sales/Professional Services/Sales/Technical Services</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships</li><li>Strong technical skills and orientation</li><li>Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department</li><li>Highly organized and able to multi-task</li><li>Self-driven and proactive nature</li><li>Patient and active listener</li><li>Ability to work independently in a high-velocity environment</li><li>Willingness to travel abroad from time to time</li></ul><p><strong>&#xa0;What willl you get in return?</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to exciting and award-winning technologies in the Cyber Security industry</li><li>Opportunity to fulfill your potential by rolling out creative ideas and projects</li><li>Work with and build a long-lasting relationship with a team of brilliant people</li></ul><p>Must be eligible to work in&#xa0;the U.S. without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.</p><p>&#xa0;EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
