LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY ADVISOR - GERMAN SPEAKER | SOFIA, BULGARIA

An international employer based in Sofia, Bulgaria is hiring a Logistics and Delivery Advisor to join their German-speaking team. You'd be the point of contact when a shipment goes sideways - tracking it down, explaining what happened, and getting it resolved. What you'd be doing: • Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve open cases • Investigate delivery discrepancies and get to the bottom of them • Track shipment status and follow up on anything delayed • Close the loop with the customer once a case is resolved What we're looking for: • Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal • Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once • Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems Details: • Work model: Remote We keep candidates updated at each stage rather than leaving you guessing after you apply.
