If reasonable accommodation is needed to perform the essential functions of your job position, please contact Human Resources. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB: <ul><li>Travel: Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management </li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines. </li></ul>The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position. An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.   MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.  <ul><li>Bachelor's degree required (e.g., Public Health, Economics, Business or life science related) </li><li>Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably focused on life science consulting.  </li><li>Possess a learning mindset; able to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning. </li><li>Strong research & analytical skills, ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Ability to multi-task & deliver high quality outputs under time pressured deadlines. </li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Education: Advanced degree from a top-tier institution </li><li>At least 6 months of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience working on multiple projects and handling associate / analyst-level responsibilities </li><li>A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries  </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </li><li>Strong experience in Excel models and PowerPoint. </li></ul>PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
